In our office we like to move ahead with technology to make your visits more enjoyable. We strive to obtain patient relationships based on mutual trust, excellent customer service, and the best patient care available.

We provide the highest level of safety and infection control for personal protection. For your education we use digital photography and intraoral cameras so you can see what we see. For your safety, we use digital x-rays that reduce radiation up to 90%. For your anxiety, we use Nitrous Oxide (“laughing gas”) sedation to ease your mind and let you relax.

Our office is paperless, using computerized dental charts. Your insurance is submitted electronically over the web. In an effort to make your dental care quick and affordable, we can often check your dental insurance benefits while you are here, in order to eliminate you having to wait for answers.

And while getting dental treatment, why not let yourself be pampered with a complimentary warm neck roll and paraffin hand waxing? We want you to unwind and have the best dental experience.

Office Policies

Emergencies:

For unplanned emergencies, we ensure that you are treated as quickly as possible. Please call our office for any emergency dental needs.

Dental Insurance:

For your convenience, we will process the insurance claims. Based on your insurance coverage, we will offer you an estimate for your dental care.
We are preferred providers for the following dental insurance carriers: Delta, Regence, Premera Blue Cross, Connection Dental. Please inquire with our helpful business staff about any concerns you might have regarding your dental coverage.
We do not accept DSHS, Medicare or Medicaid.

Financial:

We accept Cash, Personal check, MasterCard, and Visa.
We offer a 3% discount for payments made with Debit Card.
We offer a 5% discount on payments made with cash or check.
We offer CareCredit plans that allow you to spread your cost over time with convenient monthly payments and interest-free financing options.

Cancelled/Missed Appointments:

We require a minimum of 48-hour notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
We understand that unforeseen emergencies or scheduling conflicts may occur and appreciate your consideration in giving us adequate time to fill vacant appointments.
There will be a $25.00 fee per 30 minutes of missed appointment time, without prior 48-hour notice.
